YX Helps a lot
I've heard of the chirp wheel but it is an expensive set so turned to ATIVAFIT. I found this set and for the price, it is amazing. I can't compare it to the chirp wheel as I haven't seen one of those in person but this set, definitely helps with back pain. They are sturdy and don't feel like they are going to break. First couple days are a little painful but stick to it! A booklet is included with other uses, be careful haha! I felt more agile that day and decided to try one of the other uses and ended up falling on the wheel and got a pretty huge bruise. It honestly does help make my back feel better. Definitely start with the largest and work your way down as you build a tolerance.

Alta G. Comfortable to use
The wheel became one of my everyday essential since I started yoga. It is great as it comes as pack with different sizes. If you are a beginner it is better to start using the smaller size. And these can be used in vary ways from back band to more deep stretching for all family members. Coating is pretty soft and comfortable.

K-Band Crucial to add to your flexibility toolbox!
Love these!! And got them during a lightning deal so they were super affordable! I use the largest one daily while doing simple movements during deep breathing exercise to help open up my chest and to assist in back body flexibility during yoga. As I learn more about incorporating blocks and wheels I'll use the smaller sizes more! Very, very happy with the quality e??a

Ivan H. Do it for your back pain!
sitting in the office all at at work you can feel the back pain more frequently I recently decided to begin yoga as a new form of of working out. I love to use this as a back roller to relive the pain. After doing 3 sets of 15 reps for about two weeks, i would recommend.

Arina Yogis essential tool
I was looking for good yoga wheels and bought this one. I am a yoga lover. It's very sturdy and durable. Instead of using foam roller I use these wheels to relieve my tensions in lower back and my back. It came right on time and packaging was great. I am so glad I have these in my collection of yoga equipment e???. Material is really nice and beautiful refreshing color a?o???

Wombatpdt Great set and its very sturdy
13 years ago, I had a bad accident and fall 45ft down a tiled staircase. I broke 6 vertebraeand needed 4 major surgeries to be able to walk and be with less pain. A few month ago, I went down to Florida with my sister in law, and stayed together as the pandemic was raging in NY/NJ. During our 3 month stay, she teached me yoga. As I'm quite stiff, she used a wheel to use with some of the positions. Coming back from Florida, I got a set after her recommendation. The set itself looks nice, its sturdy and easy to store. The wheels are sturdy and have some padding. They are a good width and comfortable, to use. My sister in law, still helps me 2x a week and is impressed with my progress. I use the big and the medium wheel daily. My back and neck pain got a lot better, and I feel more bendable. I lost some weight too and overall feel so much better. I really think having a set,makes more sense, as I use them for different approaches and during yoga sessions. I would however be cautious if you had major surgery and consult a doctor and work with a professional. I did this, and it made a great difference.

Lisa AMAZING!!!
I own a couple of yoga wheel's so I had an idea of what to expect but when these ATIVAFIT Sports Yoga Wheel's arrived, I was amazed!! The black protective foam around each wheel is so much thicker than my other ones. I love it. Every time I use one of my new wheels, I have a momentary surprise when I again realize the quality of this new set is so different than any other one I have owned or used before. These wheels are super durable too. I have a friend who weighs a bit over 200 lbs and I sat anxiously watching as he sat o the biggest one the other night. This thing didn't even bend, not even a little bit! I wouldn't have hated it if they would have included a few more workout options for the all 3 of the different sizes of wheels. They do include a page front and back filled with exercises but it only features the standard size which is the one I was already familiar with but on well! Either way, this is still a great set of yoga wheels for anyone!

christine Yoga Wheels - back pain relief!
As a nurse, I have a lot of back pain from moving my patients and standing a lot during the day. And with everything this is currently happening, I am not able to go stretch out at the gym or see a massage therapist. My friend had recommended yoga wheels to me before and I figured this was the time for me to test them out. I ordered this set because it comes with three different sizes, allowing me to roll out my back and other parts of my body as well. The set comes in a box with an information pamphlet on ways to utilize the wheel. Each wheel is sturdy and well made. The wheels really help to ease the tension in my back and relieve the pain. This product is so effective!

Amanda H. Sturdy and soft for a quick back adjustment.
Bought it as a gift and decided to keep it. Works great, each size of these wheels put different pressure on different parts of your body and adjusts your back with minimal work. Kinda like heaving your own chiropractic device in your home. We use it every evening and it helps a great bit. The wheels are pretty sturdy and hold up well. They look nice enough to leave out and look decorative in your home.

ZERODAN execellent product
im 300lbs, while i dont use it as much as my wife (she uses it daily) it stand up to my weight no problem. good relief for stretching my upper back. takes a bit of balance to get used to using it.
