I am very happy with this purchase. It's relatively easy to switch between weights, though sometimes it gets a bit sticky. Definitely much better than having to switch plates on a regular dumbbell bar. One thing to note is that the weight measurements are in Kg's not Lbs., so you'll need to do the quick math in your head, which is approximately multiplying the Kg by two. Overall, I would recommend this product.

The time has come to start working out. This dumbbell set is great. It goes from 2.5 kg up to 25 kg in 2.5 kg weight increments. It probably looks nicer incrementally to have them be kilograms rather than pounds, so I have accepted it. The directions are easy to follow. The button to change the setting is easy enough to push, but for safety, you need to push the button at the same time as rotating a dial. Both dial sides will rotate at once when one is rotated. Selected desired weight, remove finger from button, and it is easy and safe enough to lift. Sturdy set of weights! Place it back in safely, and then what I like to to is turn the dial to a heavy setting so it cannot be easily lifted straight out. ;) With the button up, the weight is able to be lifted with that selection. The grip is nice. Weights themselves are well made. Love this set. Works for my husband as well as for me, so we are excited to have this workout tool!

They work as intended, although sometimes I have to slide them back into the base slowly so it will actually go in. However switching between weights is very easy and they take up only a little bit of space in the area I have them. Great purchase!

I love this set of dumbbells. We have been using them about 4-5 times a week. It's easy to store, adjust and use. It is such a great piece for home gym. Can't wait to lose more fat with it!

Amazing product!I'm a smaller stature person.So performing some exercises is challenging with the large size of the weight. Ie. Arnold's. Range of motion is emphasized -- arms out further to accommodate for length of weight.

Salvador It looks and feels way more expensive than some of the overpriced brands.
This is very versatile. It feels sturdy and the mechanism to change weights is really smooth.To change weights you press the red release button and rotate the wheel on the side to the selected weight. It is in kg but the conversion to pounds is easy, just multiply by 2.2I actually like this since in my head I estimate by multiplying by 2 and know that I am lifting more than I think I am so that will show gains faster.It is also very sleek looking. It looks and feels way more expensive than some of the overpriced brands. The rubber grip is very comfortable and the cradle holds this thing super securely. I totally recommend this!
