Happy with Purchase - Good Customer Service

I ordered this bike and, after putting it together, it was making a grinding sound. I contacted the support email letting them know there was a problem and attached a short video. I received an answer back promptly. They shipped a new bike in 5 days and the new one is working great. I just got it, so can't say how it will do in the long run, but I like the way the bike is set-up and feel good working out on it. It took about 45 min to set-up and everything was in the box and easy to put together. It's also pretty easy to move around. We put it together on one floor and then my teenage daughter picked it up and easily carried it down a flight of stairs to our workout area.

Glad I bought it

I'm glad I bought this product. My fiancee helped me assemble it in under 1hr. There was one screw that didn't fit were the handlebars go, but it still firm enough to hold.Liked: I can get a full body workout with just this one bike because of the high resistance adjustment and the arm workout bands. It doesn't make any noise so I can watch TV while working out. The monitor also keeps track of my time, distance, calories and heart rate.Disliked: It's been exactly 2 weeks that I been using this bike and it's been giving me pain in my right knee. When I'm using the bike, it feels like my right knee is doing more work and putting more pressure on itself. Idk if it's the bike itself or I'm not stretching right, but that's still the problem since I started using it.

Happy I purchased this

I have to start off by saying it was easy to put together. I thought I would have a lil trouble with it, but nope. There were 2 parts i thought I was missing, but were actually attached already. Instructions were clearly made before this became the new standard. You should be able to build it on your own. There was only one slightly touch area to assemble, and that were the pedals. Because of how the screws are designed, to allow the pedals to rotate. Other than that, easy street.The monitor takes 2 AAA batteries. I love the pulleys. I'll be using those a lot while pedaling. Also to note, when you attach the front "feet", make sure the wheels are facing forward. Without them facing that direction, you can't simply roll/push the bike when it's folded up. Remember that.Update: Just want to say I'm still enjoying this. And still happy I made the purchase. Did you order one yet?
