"Perfect"! Best adjustable set ever!

This set is truly the best set for senior's. Just the right weight and very easy to handle. Not too heavy or light. The adjustment controls are easy to operate. The weights are very secure and have stayed securely in place while doing overhead exercises. Highly recommended.

Easy to use

The barbell weight adjustment is very easy to use . The plates are super slim and light. Pretty pleased so far im expecting these to last several years. I didnt give 5 stars because i have used them for a complete work out .

Solid dumbbells
