All Ativafit products purchased on ativafit.com are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.

Extended Warranty

Members of AtivaPeople receive a 2-year warranty on adjustable dumbbells only.

Warranty Service

If a product is found defective under normal residential use, Ativafit will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product. Warranty claims are primarily resolved through repair or replacement of defective parts. Refunds are not guaranteed and are only considered in exceptional cases at Ativafit’s discretion.

Each warranty claim is limited to one repair or replacement only, subject to product availability and issue assessment.

Important Notes

Warranty coverage is based on the original purchase date and does not restart or extend after any replacement or repair. Shipping fees, taxes, and import duties are not included.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover misuse, improper assembly, neglect, accidents, environmental exposure, commercial use, or normal wear and tear.
