Shipping

We are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our shipping partners during the pandemic, but are not expecting any delays in shipment.

Your package will arrive in 10-14 days from the date you order, but please be aware that some areas may take a few extra days.

Once your package is reach, you’ll get a notification that your label is created (meaning your package is in route from our warehouse to your regional FedEx/UPS facility). The tracking number will not start updating until it arrives at your regional facility and is scanned for delivery.

Cancellation

We are unable to cancel orders that have been processed and shipped out. Read the details here.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours from your Order Confirmation page. Just click the Cancel button and you will be refunded immediately.

Yes, we only guarantee cancellation if within 24 hours. If you need to cancel outside of that window, please contact our customer service to request a cancellation.

Cancellations requested after an order is processed will not be eligible.

Returns

We are not able to take returns due to the size and weight of our shipments.

Order Status

Please read up on our shipping process prior to reaching out to our customer service for updates on your order.

Once you are notified that your label has been created, please allow 10-12 days for your package to ship and arrive at your regional FedEx/UPS facility. It will be scanned in, and you can track it to your front door.

Assembly

We made assembly easy so you can get set up and started in just a few minutes.

All of our products can be assembled at home, but we do recommend 2 adults assemble the bikes together because of their size.

All tools and hardware you need for your equipment ed for be included in the package along with a set of instructions to walk you through complete assembly.

No, batteries for the health monitors on the bikes are not included.

Warranty

Please note that our warranty only applies to products ordered through this website.

We extend a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our products to cover manufacturer errors and all damage that may occur during shipment and delivery.

We include a 90-Day Limited Warranty for replacement parts for all purchases placed on Ativafit.com. Visit our warranty page for details.
