How long should I expect for shipping?
Shipping times have been affected by COVID-19 and the increase in online shopping. Please understand that delays may occur, and we will do our best to get your packages to you as soon as possible.
Most packages will arrive in 12 to 21 days of purchase.
You will receive a tracking number by email showing the distribution center in your region. Your package will be in route from our warehouse to that location starting from the date of the tracking number.
Please note: your tracking status will not update until it arrives at the location and is scanned for regional delivery.
How do I cancel my order?
Any order can be canceled for any reason within 24 hours of your purchase. Please email customer support to cancel your order.
Cancellations requested after an order is processed will not be eligible.
Can I return my order?
Due to COVID-19, we are unable to take returns.

How to check on the status of my order?
Your packages will be sent from our warehouse to the location shown on your tracking number. The delivery time to your FedEx or UPS center typically takes around 10 to 14 days.
Once your package is received and scanned in at your regional center, you may check the status using your tracking number.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
We offer a 45-day warranty on all of our products for manufacturer defects and damage during shipment. This warranty does not cover misuse or improper care.

Where are my packages shipping from?
Your package will be shipped from our warehouses in the US based on your location. Currently we have warehouses in California and New Jersey.
