Free Shipping
We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the continental US, with no minimum purchase required. Please note that we currently do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed in 24 hours and can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- Tracking information will indicate the location of the FedEx/UPS/USPS/Amazon Logistics facility, which is not the origin warehouse for your package.
Shipping Time
- 3-7 days from the date of purchase. It takes additional days during the holiday season.
Package Tracking
There may be a delay in updating the tracking status due to the carrier. However, your package will still be on its way during this time. Our customer service team is available, but please wait for timely updates.

Delivery Responsibility & Package Protection
All items purchased from Ativafit are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
To safeguard your purchase against loss, theft, or damage during transit and after delivery, Ativafit offers Seel Order Protection at checkout.
- If you purchase Seel Order Protection: You are covered against lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Claims can be filed directly through the Seel resolution center for a streamlined refund or replacement process.
- If you decline Seel Order Protection: You acknowledge and agree that Ativafit is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once the carrier tracking indicates the package has been successfully delivered to the destination address. We will not issue refunds or send replacement products for uninsured orders marked as "Delivered." In such events, the customer is solely responsible for filing a claim with the carrier or local law enforcement.
