Refund policy

We aim to make returns and refunds simple, transparent, and fair.

Returns

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost under our warranty policy.

Return Shipping

For non-defective returns (e.g. change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cover return shipping only for confirmed defective or incorrect items.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to $10 may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection and handling costs.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit after returned items are received and inspected.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After processing begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Price Match Credit

If a product discount is offered within 7 days of your purchase, you may request store credit for the price difference.

Storewide promotions are excluded from price match eligibility.
