• Returns for Unused Products:
  We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and condition.

• Defective or Faulty Items:
  If your product arrives defective or faulty, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge under our warranty policy.
  Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

• Return Shipping Costs:
  If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We’ll cover the return shipping only if the product is defective when arrived or if we made a mistake with your order.

• Restocking Fee:
  For returns that are not due to product defects or shipping errors, a restocking fee of up to $10 may be deducted from your refund to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.
  We do our best to minimize fees and treat each return case individually. If you have any questions, our team is happy to help.

• Refunds:
  Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference, once the returned item is received and inspected.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email our customer support team at services@ativafit.com to cancel your order.
Requests for cancellation made after the order has been processed will not be eligible for cancellation.

Price-Match Policy

• Discounts on Specific Products:
  If a discount is offered on a specific product you ordered within 7 days of your purchase, you are eligible for a price-match credit issued directly to your Ativafit store rewards account.
  Please contact our customer support to request that the store credit be added to your account.

• Storewide Discounts:
  Storewide discounts, such as time-sensitive promotions (e.g., “10% Off Storewide Sale”), do not apply to our price-match policy. These promotions are not eligible for price-matching store credit.
