We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the Continental US, with no minimum purchase required. Please note that we currently do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

Shipping time

  • 5-7 business days from the date of purchase.

Order Processing

  • Order are processed in 1-2 business days.
  • Tracking information will indicate the location of the FedEx/UPS/USPS/Amazon Logistics facility, which is not the origin warehouse for your package.

Package Tracking

    There may be a delay in updating the tracking status due to the carrier. However, your package will still be on its way during this time. Our customer service team is available, but please wait for timely updates.

    Cancellations 

    Order can be canceled for within 24 hours of your purchase. Please email customer support at services@ativafit.com to cancel your order.

    Requests after an order is processed will not be eligible for cancellation.

    Replacement & Returns

    We are unable to accept returns at this time.

    If your product is malfunctioning, defective, or damaged in shipping, we will replace your product according to our 1-Year Extended Guarantee below.
