Adjust the weight with a simple turn of the dial. The internal mechanism of the dumbbell tree locks combo of plates in place for the desired setting.
One set of adjustable dumbbells replaces a full rack with 12 weight settings ranging from 5kg (11lbs) to 32.5kg (71.5lbs) in a shoebox sized space.
Our largest and most popular dumbbells are heavy hitters that were made to help you build muscle from any level up to serious lifting without needing an upgrade.

Great set of dumbbells for anyone to have in their house. I've got a small apartment and these are perfect-able to condense a whole rack of weights into a singular package. The weights themselves are solid being made out of metal as opposed to cheap plastic like some other competitors. They're able to quickly and efficiently transition from weight to weight with the press of a button and the turn of a dial. I haven't had issues with weights falling out or not locking properly. I make sure I turn the dial a bit more after releasing the unlock button to secure the weights in place. These things are legit. I was a bit turned off by the price at first but being able to quickly and conveniently switch weights made working out that much faster and easier. If somethings not convenient or user friendly, it won't get done. Anybody looking to kit out a home gym should get a set of these.
The weights work very well. So far no malfunctions nor issues. The only difficulty is when doing incline bench press, generally you'd start with the weights on your knees. The design of the weights makes it difficult to balance on your knees, because they are not flat on either side (instead, there is a dial on either side). Despite this, the weights are very sturdy and easy to use. I have two and it works perfect for incline press, shoulder press, lunges, romanian deadlift, and more. The weights are wide but not too wide for presses (although your ending grip will be slightly wider than standard dumbbells when performing chest/shoulder press due to the width of the dumbbells).
These weights were what I expected from a design and price to weight (given the pandemic scarcity). My real design preference would have been a flat side dumbell like coretech (too light at 50lbs) or Nuobell (not available and around $235 more expensive for the pair)....but these Ativafit weights will do. After using the Ativafit - it is very awkward resting the weights on my thighs to do a chest press. Since I can't rest the weight on my thigh due to the pointy end on the "heavy" weight setting, I have to adjust by just lifting (1) weight on each side at a time vs the pair. A compromise for sure but I purchased knowing it was not optimal. Worth mentioning on customer service - upon weight arrival, a small broken plastic piece fell off, customer service has said they will send me a weight replacement. It hasn't arrived yet but I thought this was a happy solution for me.
I love these. They adjust easily in small increments. Great build quality and easy for my wife to handle as well. Her only knock on them is that we have to convert kilos to pounds. Not a big deal on my end. One suggestion, when you purchase buy the stand. Helpful when picking up 71.5 lbs to save your back from straining.
Have worked great so far!
