TWO-Year Extended Warranty for Dumbbells on Ativafit.com

We want you to love your Ativafit equipment and enjoy every workout with peace of mind. Dumbbells purchased on Ativafit.com come with a two-year warranty, while all other products are covered for one year from the date of purchase.

Our warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If you encounter any issues, we will replace the defective parts. Please note, shipping fees and taxes are not covered.

To make a claim, simply email our Customer Service team at services@ativafit.com with a brief description of the issue, photos or videos of the defect, and your order information, including your email and shipping address.

Please remember that our warranty does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect.
