• Standard Warranty:
  All products purchased on ativafit.com are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

• Extended Warranty for AtivaPeople Members:
  Join AtivaPeople and enjoy an extended 2-year warranty on all products.

Our warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If you encounter any issues, we will replace the defective parts. Please note, shipping fees and taxes are not covered.

How to make a claim:
Simply email our Customer Service team at services@ativafit.com with:

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos or videos of the defect

• Your order information (including email and shipping address)

Please remember that our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
