Yes. You must have an active member account to earn and use points.
Make sure youâre logged into the same email account you used when placing your order. If the issue continues, contact us at support@ativafit.com.
Most points appear instantly after you complete an action. For orders, points are added after your order is fulfilled.
Unfortunately, points can only be used by the account that earned them. We cannot merge accounts at the moment.
Sadly, no. Our checkout only allows one discount code per order.
Reward codes must be applied during checkout and canât be added afterward.
Points earned from a returned order will be deducted from your account. Reward codes used for that order will not be refunded.
Yes. Each reward code has an expiration date displayed when you redeem it.
