Do I have to pay to join the program?

No — membership is 100% free.

Do I need a member account to earn rewards?

Yes. You must have an active member account to earn and use points.

I can’t see my points. What should I do?

Make sure you’re logged into the same email account you used when placing your order. If the issue continues, contact us at support@ativafit.com.

When will my points show up?

Most points appear instantly after you complete an action. For orders, points are added after your order is fulfilled.

Can I combine points from multiple accounts?

Unfortunately, points can only be used by the account that earned them. We cannot merge accounts at the moment.

Can I use more than one reward code at the same time?

Sadly, no. Our checkout only allows one discount code per order.

Can I redeem a reward after I’ve placed an order?

Reward codes must be applied during checkout and can’t be added afterward.

If I return an order, do I get my points back?

Points earned from a returned order will be deducted from your account. Reward codes used for that order will not be refunded.

Do reward codes expire?

Yes. Each reward code has an expiration date displayed when you redeem it.

How does the referral program work?

Share your referral link with friends. When they sign up and make their first purchase using your link, both of you receive rewards.
